MYCOM compressor will be
used in the refrigeration system only.
Some time,
GRASSO compressor , HASEGAWA compressor , BITZER compressor
will be used on customer's request.

used such as :
- 1 stage
reciprocating and screw compressor.
- 2 stages ( compound type ) reciprocating and screw
compressor.

3. Condenser equipment
|
Evaporative condenser and shell and tube condenser
will be used in the refrigeration system.

|
EVAPCO and BALTIMORE evaporative condenser and /or
RECOM and THERMOKEY shell and tube condenser will be installed.
|
|
|
4. Pressure vessels.
|
Pressure
vessels will be made according to the Government's standard by RECOM.
|
5. Coolers unit for Cold storage
and Blast freezer ( tunnel and cabined type )

Coolers
unit made by GUENTNER and RECOM , they
suitable for R717 and R22.

6. Plate contact freezer.
- Design and manufacture
in compliance according to the HACCP
- plates made by specialized
aluminum .So heat transfer is very well.
- Liquid refrigerant
supply into each plate will be made by flood type or
re-circulation pump type with the specialized orifices
.
- Liquid supply and
suction header , flanges , hydraulic system
and cover of cabinet made by stainless steel.
- Polyurethane foam
insulation 150 mm thickness for minimum heat loss
.
- high quality hydraulic
system , so easy for operation ( Lift and lower all the plates )
and safety .
7. Blast air freezer.

manufacture for floor .

There are 4 compartments and one door
for each compartment. That is why it is very easy for loading /
unloading freezing product and continuous manufacture

Floor type ) with 4 - axial fan and defrosting by water or hot
gas .

Liquid refrigerant
supply into cooler by re-circulation pump or thermal and or electronic expansion .
8. Flake ice machine.

9. IQF freezer and Re-freezer.
* Freezer
FRIGOSANDIA stainless steel mesh belt and MYCOM stainless steel will be
used in the refrigeration system.
* Re-freezer
RECOM plastic mesh belt will be used in
the refrigeration system.
